Free Shipping (via EMS for orders over $50)
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders totaling $50 USD or more
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide, with the exception of some Asian countries and remote areas.

Returns & Exchanges
We take pride in offering premium quality fashion pieces that embody timeless elegance. However, we understand that sometimes an item may not meet your expectations. Our refined returns process ensures your experience remains as sophisticated as our collections.
Eligibility
To be eligible for return or exchange, items must:
- Be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached
- Be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Include the original packaging and any accompanying accessories
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
For hygiene reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

- Jewelry (due to intimate nature)
- Leather Accessories (unless defective)
- Hats (unless defective)
Return Process
- Initiate Your Return: Email our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and return request within 15 days of delivery.
- Receive Authorization: We will respond within 1 business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with the RMA number clearly visible on the outside.

Exchange Process
For exchanges, please follow the return process above and indicate in your email:
- The item(s) you wish to exchange
- Your preferred replacement item(s) including size/color
We will process the exchange once we receive your original item(s).
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your original payment method will be credited (excluding original shipping fees)
- For exchanges, we will ship your new item via your original shipping method
- International refunds may take additional time to appear in your account
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement or refund.
